Turville Heath

The rebus shows a TURKEY without the KEY, a VILLA with an E instead of an A, and Ted HEATH [REB15].

The 1990 Hunt had a theme of astrology. The name Ferdino on the fortune-tellers sign is an anagram of Rod Fine, the setter.

The words Pharaoh, Baluchi, Mudhol and Artois on the sign are all breeds of hound [TH1].

If you take the green letters on the sign they can be rearranged to form the word ECTOPLASM (a few wisps of some viscous substance) [TH2].

The album Tangerine is by the all-female band Vixen, who had some success in the early 90s. [TH3].

The business with the green felt bag and the square tiles recalls the game of Scrabble also used in the 1990 Hunt.  The squares are numbered conventionally with A1 at top left and O15 bottom right. In this case you take the names of the signs of the zodiac, starting with Aries (the ram) and place them in the positions shown, A meaning across and D meaning down [TH4]. This would not be possible in a normal game because you run out of some letters (P, for example) and in any case some of the words are too long. However, it is possible to read out your fortune from the positions given in order to spell the word TRIPLE (which would normally score 8 points at Scrabble) [TH5].

The astrological chart is very easy to interpret. In the outer ring are the symbols for each sign of the zodiac. However, someone has replaced the ones at the bottom with the word YOICKS [TH6].
